 The National Association of Portable
X-Ray Providers is a national affiliation whose members supply
portable x-ray and EKG services to nursing homes and home care
patients. Because these services are provided principally to
Medicare beneficiaries, the NAPXP represents the industry in
Washington, D.C.; before Congress and the Administration, with
extensive contacts on Capitol Hill and at the Center for
Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Upon joining the NAPXP,
you will be part of a team dedicated to preserving an industry
that meets the needs of the elderly. Our livelihood depends upon
fair and equitable reimbursement for services obtained only
through solidarity as a collective industry. We need your
support! As quality patient care and cost containment continue
to be key issues in the healthcare industry, it is the NAPXP's
mission to protect our industry from unwarranted cuts in funding
and fees. Remember, the services we provide are critical in
helping to hold down rising health care costs!
